Working with Beenish has been one of the most eye-opening and comforting experiences of my journey as a mother and an individual. I met her at a point in my life where I needed constant support and guidance being a Muslim mom and a wife.

She creates a space that is warm, welcoming, and free of judgment. Her bright smile makes the sessions more like talking to your friend than a coaching session.

She listens deeply to all my concerns, no matter how scattered or silly they may sound in my own head. She validates my emotions, helps me process them with clarity, and makes me feel genuinely seen and heard.

One of the most powerful realizations she’s helped me come to is that motherhood isn’t about surrendering yourself to your children but it’s about walking alongside them with love, guidance, and intention. She’s taught me that I don’t have to carry the weight of parenting alone. I’ve learned to include my husband in the parenting journey, to share the emotional and mental responsibilities, and to step away from the mindset of trying to control everything.

Another thing that I love about her is how beautifully she integrates Islamic teachings with modern parenting psychology and how to gentle parent without slipping into submissiveness.

Her availability, even between sessions, has been very helpful. She never dismisses any of my thoughts, no matter how ‘crazy’ they may feel to me. Instead, she treats each concern with empathy and wisdom.

I truly feel blessed to have found her, and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone struggling with the complexities of parenting and life 🩷
